- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns within our client portal, collected to improve service quality.
- Device information — browser type, operating system, and IP address, collected automatically by our hosting provider.

- Provide, maintain, and improve our consulting services and client portal.
- Send transactional emails, including assessment confirmations, engagement updates, and deliverable notifications.
- Generate workflow analysis, automation recommendations, and deliverables using AI-assisted tools.

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard infrastructure. Account data and engagement records are stored in Supabase (hosted in us-east-1). Authentication is managed by Clerk, which handles session management and credential storage. Transactional emails are delivered through Resend. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).
Cookies
We use essential cookies only. Clerk uses session cookies to maintain your authenticated state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that track you across other websites.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to deliver our platform:
- Clerk — authentication and user management.
- Supabase — database and data storage.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — application hosting and deployment.
- Anthropic Claude — AI-assisted workflow analysis and deliverable generation. Your data is processed to generate analysis and recommendations but is not used to train AI models.
Data Retention
- Account data — retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted upon account closure at your request.
- Lead data — email addresses collected through lead forms are retained for up to 2 years, or until you request deletion.
- Engagement data — workflow audits, deliverables, and results data are retained while your engagement is active and for 12 months after completion.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data and receive a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
